Boca Raton's top waste manager buys $19.8M mansion in exclusive Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club.

B
rendan Pantano, CEO of Coastal Waste, has purchased a lavish non-waterfront mansion in Boca Raton's Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club neighborhood for $19.8 million. The 8,800-square-foot estate at 1654 Sabal Palm Drive was built by SRD Building, the area's most prolific spec developers, and features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, and a pool. David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.

The Dingle brothers, who own SRD Building, acquired the 0.4-acre property for $4.4 million in 2022 and completed the mansion earlier this year. They listed it for sale in February, capitalizing on a booming luxury real estate market in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. The area has seen several record-breaking sales this year, including a waterfront teardown purchased by the Dingles for $36 million in April.

Other notable sales in the neighborhood include a spec mansion sold to hotelier Mikhail Avrutin for $28.5 million and another spec mansion that changed hands for $26.5 million. In July, a waterfront mansion built by the Dingle brothers sold for $28.5 million.
