A recent sale on Whaleship Road in Bodega Bay exemplifies the high prices being paid for homes in the area. A 1,345-square-foot property sold for $1,040,000 over the past three weeks. The data used to compile these figures comes from municipal assessors in Sonoma County and is based on sales registered during the week of November 18.
