ere's a look at recent real estate sales on South Pinellas beaches. From August 11-15, here are the homes that sold in St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and Madeira Beach.

    St. Pete Beach saw several transactions, including:

    * A 3/2.5 home built in 1982 with 1,748 square feet at 131 N. Tessier Dr., selling for $1.85 million after listing for $1.9 million.

    * A 3/2 home built in 1970 with 2,170 square feet at 6437 1st Palm Point, selling for $725,000 after listing for $785,000.

    * A 2/1 home built in 1952 with 942 square feet at 421 77th Ave., selling for $512,000 after listing for $550,000.

    In Treasure Island, the following homes sold:

    * A two-bed, two-and-a-half-bath townhouse built in 1979 with 1,260 square feet at 12550 Capri Circle N., #3, selling for $557,000 after listing for $597,250.

    * A two-bed, two-bath condo built in 1987 with 920 square feet at 12321 Sun Vista Court W., #52, selling for $399,000 after listing for $399,900.

    Madeira Beach also saw a sale:

    * A 2/2 condo built in 1981 with 1,225 square feet at 15000 Gulf Blvd., #901, selling for $800,000 after listing for $875,000.
