Boerne real estate office has transformed into a supply collection center for first responders and churches in Kerr County. In just 13 days, the team has sent out 42 trucks loaded with essential items to those in need. Team lead Dainelle Scott says they're focusing on providing specific goods, such as snake guards, moleskin, and durable work gloves, to first responders.
To date, 150 pallets of supplies have been delivered to first responders and churches, including the Mountain Home Fire Department and several volunteer fire departments. The team has also provided 12 recliners to a church that serves as a hub for first responders.
Scott's motivation stems from her personal connection to the Hill Country community, where she lived for seven years with family and friends who were on the front lines of search efforts. She wanted to serve them in their time of need, and her team is standing "Hill Country Strong."
The donation needs are constantly changing, but those looking to help can contact Rise Property Group at 27650 I-10 Suite 107, Boerne, TX 78006.
