e are pleased to announce the promotions of Rick Franz and Jack Fleming within Books-A-Million's Real Estate department. Rick has been a driving force behind our store positioning and growth since joining the company, bringing strategic insight and leadership to the team. As Executive Vice President of Real Estate, he will continue to shape the future of our stores.

    Jack has been an integral part of the Real Estate department for three years, and his expertise will be invaluable in managing existing assets while identifying opportunities for new store openings as Vice President of Real Estate. We also welcome Pete Turner, who joined us in April as Real Estate Manager after gaining valuable experience in commercial underwriting at Regions Bank.
