oston Dynamics has secured a lease renewal at Waltham Research Park in Massachusetts. The agreement extends the company's current 23,300-square-foot space, solidifying their presence at this prominent location.
Arthur Amadei of R.W. Holmes represented Hillside Associates, the landlord, while Matt Siciliano from Colliers International and Andrew Majewski from CBRE represented Boston Dynamics. As a global robotics leader, Boston Dynamics develops cutting-edge technologies to tackle automation challenges worldwide.
Waltham Research Park is a 240,000-square-foot lab and GMP facility located near Rt 128/95 in Waltham, MA. The park hosts several world-class companies, creating an ideal environment for innovative organizations like Boston Dynamics.
