lm Grove Companies, a NH Real Estate development firm based in Manchester, has appointed Aaron Ravenelle as its new Vice President of Development and Construction. With over 26 years of experience leading project teams through complex developments, Ravenelle brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

    His extensive background includes overseeing projects valued at more than $650 million across residential, educational, and commercial sectors. At Elm Grove, he will focus on guiding projects from design conception to completion. Prior to joining the company, Ravenelle led construction efforts for schools and multi-family apartment buildings in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

    Ravenelle holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire.
