Joseph Maguire received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his impact on commercial real estate in Cambridge's Kendall Square. He began his career with MIT's commercial real estate portfolio in the 1980s and later worked at Alexandria Real Estate Equities.
David P. Manfredi was named Architecture Firm of the Year for Elkus Manfredi Architects, a full-service design firm providing architecture, master planning, urban design, and interior architecture services. The firm is known for reinventing outdated urban precincts into 21st-century mixed-use environments.
Sushil Tuli received the Bank of the Year award for Leader Bank, which has grown to become one of the top community banks in the country with over $4.4 billion in assets. Tom Shihadeh was recognized as Brokerage Firm of the Year for Marcus & Millichap's Boston office, which provides investment brokerage and financing services.
Erin Murphy Rafferty was named Business Development Leader of the Year for Suffolk Construction, where she works on a team that is disrupting the construction industry with passion, integrity, and professionalism. Steven P. Kelly received the Construction Firm of the Year award for Timberline Construction Corporation, a leading construction management firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
David Greaney was recognized as Development & Investment Firm of the Year for Synergy, which has consistently demonstrated commitment to Boston's commercial real estate sector through its stewardship of over 40 buildings and more than 6 million square feet of commercial space. Robert Belitz received the Engineering Firm of the Year award for Tighe & Bond, an employee-owned regional consulting firm specializing in water and wastewater engineering.
David Perez was named Multifamily Investment Firm of the Year for RMR Residential, which has significantly invested in its investment team to identify opportunities across the US. Jon Weaver received the Non-Profit Organization of the Year award for Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives, a life sciences incubator that helps emerging companies advance from concept to clinical trials.
Bill Norman was recognized as Property Manager of the Year for Boston Development Group, where he has been for about a decade and is known for his exceptional property management skills. Ameek Ashok Ponda received the Real Estate Attorney of the Year award for Sullivan & Worcester, a global law firm with lawyers in several locations worldwide.
Katherine Bubriski was named Sustainability Champion of the Year for Arrowstreet, where she leads the company's highest-performing projects and directs its Strategic Building Performance Plan. Lauren Hasson received the Workplace Strategist of the Year award for JLL, where she helps companies navigate the era of hybrid work by leveraging her expertise in design and employee experience.
