Boulder County sees apartment, medical office developments in recent real estate transactions

oulder County saw a flurry of real estate activity in recent weeks, with several high-profile deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars. A notable transaction was the sale of the 240-unit Luna Bella apartment complex in Lafayette to a North Carolina-based investment firm for $82.5 million. The property has been rebranded as Bell Lafayette and is now managed by Bell Partners Inc.

    Another significant deal involved the flex-industrial building at 2840 Wilderness Place in Boulder, which sold for $5.5 million to South Peak Group after being held by Goose Creek Partners LLC for 32 years. The 22,585-square-foot property has a diverse tenant base and is fully leased.

    In Longmont, the medical office campus at 1551 Professional Lane changed hands for nearly $26.6 million. The property, which spans over 108,000 square feet, was sold by Profere Partners LLC after being held for six years. The buyer, 1551 Professional Lane Owner LLC, is affiliated with Artemis Real Estate Partners and SG Property Services LLC, a healthcare-focused investment firm based in Atlanta.
