oulder, CO – Real‑estate agents can earn seven continuing‑education credits at the 18th Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference, held Nov. 20 from 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Limelight Hotel (1295 University Ave.). Credits are provided by BoLo Realtors and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.

    The day features a mix of residential and commercial panels. Jay Kalinski, managing broker of Re/Max of Boulder, will present a residential market forecast. Geoffrey Keys, CEO of Keys Commercial, will moderate a discussion on the commercial sector.

    Key sessions include:

    * **Office at a Crossroads** – Boulder’s office market faces high vacancy, lease and loan renewals, and shifting tenant needs. The panel will assess challenges and opportunities, spotlighting emerging fields such as aerospace, quantum tech, and AI as potential drivers of future occupancy.
