B
rabus, the renowned German supercar customizer, is embarking on a new venture in the UAE - an entire island of luxurious residences. In collaboration with Cosmo, a subsidiary of Reportage Properties, Brabus Island will span over 1 million square feet in Abu Dhabi's Al Seef District, just minutes from Zayed International Airport and an hour from Dubai.

The development features four high-rise residential towers with 350 luxury apartments (2-4 bedrooms) ranging from 1,150 to 5,000 square feet, as well as 100 villas. The architecture blends contemporary silhouettes with Brabus's distinctive brand character, making it a bold addition to Abu Dhabi's skyline.

A modular interior design approach will feature three distinct colorways: Black and Bold, White Bliss, and Gray Haven - familiar to fans of Brabus-overhauled vehicles. According to CEO Constantin Buschmann, "Brabus Island is an evolution that makes sense... We're not just designing vehicles for a lifestyle; we're redesigning the lifestyle itself."

Priced from $800,000 to $7.3 million per residence, ground will be broken on Brabus Island in summer 2025, with completion slated for early 2028.
