ridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BAER, BAERW) announced on Oct. 28, 2025 that it has completed a sale‑leaseback of its Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport campus in Belgrade, Montana, to SR Aviation Infrastructure (SRAI), a subsidiary of SomeraRoad. The company sold its headquarters and hangar for approximately $49 million and entered a ten‑year lease to continue operating from the same site.
CEO Sam Davis said the deal “goes beyond real estate; it boosts financial flexibility, provides capital for fleet expansion, and strengthens our ability to win new contracts.” He added that the improved balance sheet will enable Bridger to acquire aircraft for state, federal, and military missions while maintaining its commitment to Montana communities.
SRAI, focused on aviation‑related real estate, will own and lease the facility, adding a third acquisition to its portfolio that includes properties in Las Vegas and San Antonio. The transaction is expected to generate a gain on sale in Q4 2025.
