JLL Capital Markets secured a $15.4 million, five‑year Fannie Mae refinance for the Pueblo property at 2195 Alamosa Drive. Director Rob Bova said the loan lets Brinkman streamline its capital structure while further improving this 2009‑built asset in Pueblo’s expanding multifamily market.
