his week, we revisit four featured listings from six months ago in Clinton Hill, Ditmas Park West, Fort Greene, and Canarsie. Here's how they fared.
In Clinton Hill, a stylishly renovated brownstone that was last on the market in 2020 sold for $5.8 million in May, $450,000 under its asking price. The home retained its historic details while incorporating new design elements.
A Ditmas Park West Edwardian with a porch and driveway is currently in contract after entering the market six months ago. Its woodwork and stained glass features make it a standout property.
In Fort Greene, a one-bedroom unit with recent renovations, loft storage, and an enclosed terrace sold for $1.653 million in March, exceeding its asking price by $253,000. Despite being on the higher end of the price spectrum for a one-bedroom, this photogenic unit offered extra value to buyers.
Lastly, in Canarsie, a spacious three-story standalone with a porch and garage sold for $995,000 in February, just $6,000 above its asking price. This two-family home was an Open House Pick six months ago.
