Brokers closed 142 condo sales totaling $55.1 million from September 29th to October 6th, up from the previous week's 126 sales worth $43.3 million. The average sale price increased to $388,150, compared to $343,326 the previous week. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot rose to $305 from $275.

    The top 10 condo sales ranged from $1.3 million to $3.5 million. Unit 3-S at Casa Murano in Fort Lauderdale topped the list with a $3.5 million sale, closing at $1,110 per square foot after 133 days on the market. The second-highest sale was unit 1506 at the Diplomat Oceanfront Residences in Hollywood, selling for $2.2 million or $719 per square foot.
