Brokers closed 149 condo deals worth a total of $48.9 million from October 27th to November 3rd, up from the previous week's 98 sales totaling $33.5 million. The average sale price rose to $328,285, surpassing the previous week's average of $303,409. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot dropped to $263 from $277.
The top 10 condo sales ranged from $795,000 to $3.4 million. Unit 21A at 2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach took the top spot with a $3.4 million closing, selling for $1,167 per square foot after 34 days on the market. The listing was held by Leslie Clark and Bianca Boscacci Balduzzi of Fortune International Realty, while Yael Sultan of Avanti Way Realty represented the buyer.
Unit 1006 at Riva Residences in Fort Lauderdale came in second with a $2.1 million sale, or $875 per square foot. The listing was held by Elizabeth Caldwell of Compass Florida, and James Cunningham of One Sotheby's International Realty brought the buyer.
