SR Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: HOM.U) (TSX: HOM.UN) announced the results of its annual general meeting of unitholders held on May 8, 2025. All nominees listed in the management information circular were elected as trustees, with the following voting outcomes:
* William A. Halter received 96.63% of votes for and 3.36% withheld
* Bryan H. Held received 74.82% of votes for and 25.18% withheld
* W. Daniel Hughes, Jr. received 98.65% of votes for and 1.35% withheld
* S. Jane Marshall received 96.65% of votes for and 3.35% withheld
* Teresa Neto received 93.89% of votes for and 6.11% withheld
* Daniel M. Oberste received 99.84% of votes for and 0.16% withheld
* Graham D. Senst received 95.91% of votes for and 4.09% withheld
