he Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a commercial real estate and investment firm, has earned the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) Boston's 2024 TOBY and Industry Award for Boston Life Science Building of the Year. This recognition honors Cambridge Discovery Park Buildings 400-500.

Cambridge Discovery Park is a 27-acre life science campus located in Cambridge, MA. As one of the city's largest campuses, it offers a unique setting that blends cutting-edge facilities with natural beauty. Bulfinch acquired the park in 2000 and designed a multi-phase master plan to re-envision the campus.
The award-winning Building 400-500 is a 286,000 SF, LEED Gold Certified lab building. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, energy-efficient systems, and ground-floor amenities like a state-of-the-art café and fitness center. The development also includes a new garage for 380 vehicles.
