urgess Properties has secured a significant lease for The Picklr, a rapidly expanding national indoor pickleball franchise. With 71 leases signed and 27 locations open nationwide, The Picklr is poised for continued growth. Backed by prominent sponsors like Head and Joola, the company is also being promoted by former NFL star Drew Brees.
The new facility will occupy approximately 21,500 square feet at 40 Ray Avenue in Burlington, MA, a location that offers high ceilings and an open layout. The building's proximity to I-95/Rt intersection and The Burlington Ice Palace makes it an ideal spot for the pickleball enthusiast community. A grand opening is scheduled for April 12, 2025.
