etter Homes and Gardens Real Estate Haven Properties has expanded its reach in California's central region with a new office in Monterey, covering a 175-mile coastal service area. The firm now boasts 135 affiliated agents across five existing offices in San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Santa Maria, and Paso Robles.

    The Monterey office launched with 15 real estate professionals serving communities like Carmel, Pacific Grove, Marina, Seaside, Moss Landing, and Castroville. Gavin Payne, the firm's broker-owner, sees this expansion as a significant milestone in his company's growth strategy. "Our success is built on the success of our agents," he emphasizes.

    Payne has been able to focus on building strong partnerships with his agents since affiliating with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in 2016. As a graduate of Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience, he continues to prioritize agent development through professional training and targeted recruitment efforts.

    The Monterey office aims to increase agent productivity by providing access to Be Better University's learning platform and PinPoint marketing tool. With this growth, the office plans to further serve the broader Monterey Peninsula, including areas like Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, and Pacific Grove.
