ommercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) will host three continuing‑education sessions for commercial real‑estate professionals on December 17 – 18.
**Dec 17, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.** – “World of Commercial”: an introductory course covering key concepts, lease types, property evaluation, cap rates, and more.
**Dec 18, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.** – “No Gray Areas: Commercial Ethics”: a deeper look at ethical standards, legal duties, and best practices for agents.
**Dec 18, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.** – “Mastering Commercial Contracts”: a practical guide to drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
All classes are led by CALV President Jennifer Weinberg at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building, 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. Attendance costs $30 for CALV members and $40 for non‑members, with each session earning three live CE credits.
