osco Crane Company Inc., a family-owned business specializing in crane, rigging, and trucking services, has acquired a 39,100-square-foot warehouse property at 348 Turnpike Street in Canton, MA for $4.75 million. The transaction was facilitated by The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and NAI.

    Located on 2.5 acres near Interstate 93 and Route 24, the facility will serve as a new operational base for Bosco Crane as it continues to grow. David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, Danny McKeeney, founder and owner of Bosco Crane, while Mitch Stepien of NAI represented the seller.

    "This acquisition is a strategic move by Mr. McKeeney to support Bosco Crane's continued growth and expansion," said David Stubblebine. "The property will enhance logistics, equipment storage, and dispatch operations."

    Bosco Crane, founded in 2000, provides emergency response services and operates a fleet of Liebherr cranes with highly trained operators. The company holds necessary permits for major cities in Massachusetts and is a trusted partner in large-scale infrastructure projects.

    This acquisition underscores Bosco Crane's commitment to investing in the local economy and expanding its service capabilities. The Stubblebine Company, now in its 38th year, remains a leading force in New England's industrial real estate market, specializing in large-scale industrial properties.
