historic Cape Cod estate, Mariana Manor, will be auctioned off on June 9th with no reserve price. The property, formerly known as the Cataumet Inn, boasts a unique blend of 19th-century architecture and modern amenities. Perched atop a two-acre hill overlooking Buzzards Bay, the ten-suite manor features a pool, pool house, private fishing pond, and manicured lawns.

    Built in the 1880s as a hotel for Boston's elite, Mariana Manor has undergone renovations to preserve its historic details while incorporating modern luxuries. The three-floor estate boasts energy-efficient systems, smart home technology, and new windows and doors. Its assessed value is $2,433,900.
