aynard, Massachusetts - Capital Group Properties has recently welcomed Michaels as their newest tenant at Maynard Crossing, a mixed-use development boasting a total of 300,000 square feet of space. The development is anchored by Market Basket and Tractor Supply Company, and Michaels will occupy a 15,750 SF space adjacent to Tractor Supply at 17 Digital Way.

    Known as the ultimate creative destination in North America, Michaels has over 1,300 stores in 49 states and Canada, offering a specialty assortment of arts, crafts, framing, floral, wall decor, and seasonal merchandise. With Michaels joining the lineup, 17 Digital Way is now 100% pre-leased, marking the final tenant to join the multi-tenant building at Maynard Crossing.

    Maynard Crossing broke ground in 2019 and opened its first retailers in the summer of 2020. The development spans across a whopping 56 acres of land and includes two residential communities: Halstead Maynard Crossing, a luxury apartment complex with 180 units, and Camelia Gardens Gracious Retirement Living, an upscale senior independent living community with 143 units. Additionally, the development features a synergy of 25 retail, dining, healthcare, and entertainment tenants.

    In addition to 17 Digital Way, two other buildings - 11 and 13 Digital Way - are nearing completion, adding a total of 46,000 SF of retail, restaurant, and medical space across two multi-tenant buildings. The grand opening of BrightPath Early Learning at 13 Digital Way was celebrated in June, marking a significant milestone for the development.
