MG Real Estate Advisors has announced that Capstone Colorado, a highly respected multifamily and land brokerage team based in Denver, will be joining its ranks. This strategic move marks a significant expansion for MMG, strengthening its presence across key Western US markets.
The addition of 18 new team members, including 11 experienced multifamily advisors and seven operations specialists, positions MMG to deliver exceptional advisory services to clients in Colorado and beyond. The partnership brings industry-leading expertise and fuels the continued growth of MMG's multifamily and land brokerage nationwide.

Adam Riddle and Jason Koch, two principals with nearly 20 years of experience each, will join MMG's leadership team. They bring a wealth of knowledge in multifamily investments, land transactions, and operational management, having built Capstone Colorado into a high-performing brokerage operation.

MMG's Colorado office now encompasses three primary teams: the Denver Apartment Team, Land Team, and North Central Team. The Denver Apartment Team focuses on multifamily transactions across Colorado, while the Land Team provides market-leading land advisory services in the Denver metro area and beyond. The North Central Team specializes in advisement and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the region.
The team will be integrated into MMG's existing structure, operating with a localized boutique firm culture while benefiting from MMG's extensive resources and national network.
