Cara Delevingne Lists NYC Penthouse for $11M, Keeps Ex‑Owner's Decor

You can now be a model resident at Gramercy Park East.

T
he penthouse on Gramercy Park East is now on the market again, listed at $11 million after Cara Delevingne sold it to Jimmy Fallon for $10.8 million in 2022. The one‑of‑a‑kind loft remains virtually unchanged from the time Fallon and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, left it three years ago, complete with the distinctive antler chandelier.

Fallon’s journey to this massive four‑unit triplex began in 2002 when he purchased a single‑bedroom unit for just $850,000. Over more than a decade, he and Juvonen carefully added adjacent co‑op apartments, turning the building—now recognized as the city’s oldest surviving co‑op, older even than the famed Dakota—into a sprawling 5,000‑square‑foot residence. The space boasts a saloon, secret passageways, and a custom staircase, all installed by Fallon himself.

The property was first listed by Crains New York and is currently handled by Stefani Berkin of R New York. Fallon and Juvonen had put the home on the market in 2021 for $15 million, but Delevingne purchased it a little over a year later, taking advantage of a $4.2 million discount.

Inside, the penthouse features a retro living room with vintage wallpaper and a bright green rug, a media room that resembles a hunting lodge complete with an antler light fixture, and a custom‑built bar. The layout includes a seventh‑floor foyer that opens to a living room and an eat‑in kitchen overlooking Gramercy Park, three bedrooms, and a laundry room. The ninth‑floor bedrooms are illuminated by large skylights, and the primary suite on that level also has skylights, a gas fireplace, and its own bar. Two additional bedrooms round out the six‑bedroom spread.

The Queen Anne‑style building grants residents a coveted key to Gramercy Park, a gated oasis accessible only to a select few New Yorkers.

Delevingne’s ties to New York City remain uncertain. After her Studio City mansion was gutted by fire in 2024, she sold the property at a significant loss. Meanwhile, Fallon’s long‑running Tonight Show contract, recently extended to 2028, suggests he will remain in the city for the foreseeable future.

Photographs of the listing show the interior largely untouched since Fallon’s tenure: the aqua blue couch, vintage floral wallpaper, and rustic media room with plaid walls and the antler fixture still in place. The property’s unique character and historic status make it a rare opportunity for those looking to become a model resident in one of Manhattan’s most exclusive neighborhoods.
