BRE has successfully sold Parc Westborough, a 249-unit luxury apartment community in Westborough, Massachusetts. The property was brokered by CBRE's Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler, who represented the seller, Cottonwood Residential, and procured an unnamed institutional investor as the buyer.
Parc Westborough features four elevatored buildings and a standalone clubhouse, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with an average size of 1,008 square feet. The community boasts a range of amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, garage parking, and grilling areas.
Located just off Route 9, Parc Westborough provides easy access to the Metro West employment corridor and nearby retail destinations. The area is also known for its high-performing public schools, making it an attractive long-term option for renters.
"We're pleased to have represented the seller in this sale," said Simon Butler of CBRE. "Cottonwood Residential successfully executed their business plan at Parc Westborough, which benefits from excellent connectivity and limited new supply in a strong demand submarket."
