enterSquare Investment Management has appointed Werner Sohier, a global real‑estate veteran with over forty years of experience, to its Advisory Board. The Dutch executive, based in the Netherlands, will offer strategic guidance on investment approaches and insights into worldwide capital‑market trends, adding a broad international perspective.
CEO and CIO E. Todd Briddell noted, “As we expand in European markets, Werner’s on‑the‑ground view will be invaluable. His presence will deepen our understanding of European investors and help shape new products and market entry.”
Sohier’s career spans development, consulting and investment management. He most recently served as Senior Director at PGGM, managing €251 billion ($295 billion) of listed and private real‑estate assets for the Dutch pension‑fund manager. He joins a diverse board that includes Steve Gruber (Hamilton Lane), Joe Gyourko (Wharton), Craig Macnab (National Retail Properties, American Tower, VICI) and Laurann Stepp (PA Public School Employees’ Retirement System).
Academic credentials: doctorandus in economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam; master’s from Georgia State University; MRE from the University of Amsterdam; Harvard Business School Executive Education in Private Equity & Venture Capital; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
