    2. $1.8 million, single-family residence at 61842 Red Meadow Court: The 3,797 sqft house, built in 1994, sold for $474 per sqft.

    3. $1.8 million, single-family home at 2808 N.W. Shields Drive: This 2,726 sqft house, built in 2016, sold for $660 per sqft.

    4. $1.7 million, single-family residence at 15715 S.W. Hat Rock Loop: The 3,236 sqft house, built in 2017, sold for $525 per sqft.

    5. $1.7 million, single-family home at 2944 N.W. Horizon Drive: This 3,524 sqft house, built in 2015, sold for $468 per sqft.
