Franklin County:
- Parkside Utility Construction has leased 20,000 square feet of warehouse space at 2001 Carbaugh Ave.
- Doceo Office Solutions leased 754 square feet of office space at 138 Franklin Farm Lane.
Lancaster County:
- R&Y Auto Sale & Service Inc. leased 1,288 square feet of retail space at 2051 Lincoln Hwy East.
- Mighty Fine Print leased 106 square feet of professional office space in the Coho Building at 53 N. Duke St.
York County:
- Chick-fil-A leased two acres of land at 2 N. Londonderry Square.
- Meier Supply Company leased 9,000 square feet of industrial space at 6 Pine St.
