n the vibrant city of Charleston, Jarrett "JT" Thomas is brewing a recipe for success in real estate. As a seasoned entrepreneur and Southern Charm alum, JT has been busy building his wealth through various ventures, including a string of properties in the Holy City. But that's not all - he's also launched a podcast where he dishes out advice on how to build and maintain wealth.

And then there's The Inns, a collection of eight residential properties that can accommodate up to 120 people - all within walking distance of each other.

    But JT's journey hasn't been without its bumps. He recently opened up about his decision to quit Southern Charm ahead of the Season 10 reunion, citing an "inner bitch" moment. However, he's since apologized and moved on, focusing on his business ventures and sharing his wisdom with fans through JTea & Friends.
