he Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS (CRCBR) is celebrating the industry's best with the 2025 Circle of Excellence Awards. The event honored top performers across various categories, including retail, investment, industrial, land, and office. A total of 102 winners were recognized on March 25, 2025.

    Gavin Conlon from Cushman & Wakefield received the "Broker to Watch" award for his outstanding performance in the commercial real estate industry. André Collins, SIOR, CCIM, First & Early Partners was awarded "Creative Deal of the Year" for his innovative solution to Charlotte CMPD's need for a new helicopter hangar.
