The event honored top performers across various categories, including retail, investment, industrial, land, and office. A total of 102 winners were recognized on March 25, 2025.

    Gavin Conlon from Cushman & Wakefield received the "Broker to Watch" award for his outstanding performance in the commercial real estate industry. André Collins, SIOR, CCIM, First & Early Partners was awarded "Creative Deal of the Year" for his innovative solution to Charlotte CMPD's need for a new helicopter hangar.
