PORTLAND, Ore. & CHICAGO, Nov. 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Christie’s International Real Estate Evergreen, a boutique firm, has been launched by seasoned Portland agents Brian Pienovi, his son Andrew, and Patrick Clark, a broker with $2 billion in sales, under the Christie’s International Real Estate umbrella.
Ken McLarty, a long‑time local agent, will serve as principal broker and the office will be located in downtown Portland’s Pearl District.
Pienovi, a four‑decade veteran, previously built two brokerages that were sold to Windermere Real Estate, one of the nation’s largest regional firms. Though his last venture grew to over 200 agents, he now aims to keep Evergreen focused on quality and boutique luxury service.
Gavin Swartzman, president of Christie’s International Real Estate, praised the trio’s expertise and said their addition marks an exciting new chapter on the West Coast.
Evergreen agents gain exclusive access to pl@tform™, Christie’s proprietary digital platform for managing transactions and client relationships, along with privileged advertising, national and international exposure, and special programs tied to Christie’s auction house.
Pienovi highlighted that partnering with Christie’s provides a global network, iconic brand, and top‑tier tools that complement the local relationships he’s built over four decades.
With an average sale price above $1 million—double Portland’s metro average of $515,000—Evergreen is well positioned to serve the city’s growing luxury market.
The firm has also been selected to lead sales and marketing for the Ritz‑Carlton Residences Portland, a high‑profile downtown development.
