reater Cincinnati is leading the nation in office-to-residential conversions per capita, but it still has a significant amount of office space waiting to be transformed. According to RentCafe's report, which cites data from Yardi Matrix, the region has 11.9 million square feet of office space that could be repurposed as multifamily housing. This represents about one-third of the local housing market, estimated to range between 30-35 million square feet in size.
