Citi Center Lands Five New Tenants, Soccer Store to Debut in Miami Beach

Boreal Capital Management, JAB Holding join Citigroup Center in downtown Miami with new leases.

oreal Capital Management, a wealth management firm, has leased 12,500 square feet at the Citigroup Center in downtown Miami's 34-story tower at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard. The company will relocate from its current office in Brickell to the new space in 2026. JAB Holding Company, an investment firm, has also opened a 9,000-square-foot office at the tower, while commercial real estate firm Onyx Funding has moved into a 3,200-square-foot space from Wynwood.

    Additionally, an international government agency has leased a 7,000-square-foot office and will move in next year. Automotive marine terminal and logistics operator Horizon Auto Logistics has taken 2,600 square feet, and law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed has renewed its 15,000-square-foot lease. Capital Advertising has expanded to 2,100 square feet within the tower.

    Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun of JLL represented the landlords, while Cyril Bijaoui of Longstead at The Corcoran Group represented Boreal. Scott Weston and Marty Bradley of Maddux and Company represented JAB Holding, and Tom Capocefalo and Amanda Montanez Alvarado of Savills represented the international government agency.

    Culto Fútbol, a sportswear retailer founded in Mexico, will open its first U.S. store in Miami Beach ahead of the 2026 World Cup. The company has leased 7,400 square feet at 744 Lincoln Road and plans to open next summer. The store will offer official jerseys for several soccer teams.

    VSE Corporation, an aviation parts distributor and maintenance and repair firm, is moving its headquarters from Alexandria, Virginia to Miramar. The company leases 143,000 square feet at the Miramar Park of Commerce and has been a tenant since 2014.

    Chef Julian Medina has opened his first Florida concept, Mexican restaurant Barra Vieja, at the Downtown Doral mixed-use complex in Doral. The restaurant leased 4,900 square feet at 8450 Northwest 53rd Street.

    Accessories brand MZ Wallace will open a nearly 900-square-foot store on Saturday at Aventura Mall. The space was designed by Adam Charlap Hyman and features artwork by David Shrigley.
