enee Evans, the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) CEO for the past decade, is stepping down. She joined CMLS in 2014 as its first full-time staff member and has been instrumental in establishing it as a leading force within organized real estate. Under her leadership, CMLS advocated for transparency, consumer value, and marketplace efficiency.

Evans will conclude her tenure at the end of the year, but she is confident about what comes next for the association. She is fully committed to supporting a smooth transition and continuing its momentum through 2025 as the search begins for a new CEO. Board Chair John DiMichele praised Evans for helping shape the modern identity of CMLS, saying her leadership, passion, and vision have positioned the MLS as an essential component of a fair and efficient real estate marketplace.

Compass has appointed Lacey Conway, former CEO of Latter & Blum, as its new executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions. With over 20 years of brand growth experience, Conway will focus on strategic, purposeful growth at Compass. She spent two decades in leadership positions at Latter & Blum, which grew significantly under her stewardship through expansions and acquisitions.

Lofty has added Andrew Wild as its vice president of enterprise sales. A real estate sales veteran with over 15 years at Zillow, Wild will focus on developing new partnerships and expanding existing ones between Lofty and brokerages across the country. He sees huge potential for Lofty to give brokers and teams more control over lead-to-transaction workflows outside of portals.

Rechat has expanded its leadership team with Audie Chamberlain as head of strategic growth and communications. With a background in integrated marketing, Chamberlain will drive strategic growth and oversee marketing and branding efforts. Rechat CEO Shayan Hamidi said Chamberlain is the right leader to help expand the company's message to more customers and markets.
