oldwell Banker Real Estate is expanding its commercial real estate presence in Poland through the acquisition of Nuvalu Poland, a well-established player in the market. The new entity, Coldwell Banker Commercial Nuvalu, will operate from Warsaw and be led by managing partners Łukasz Wasilewski and Marcin Wasilewski.
Nuvalu has been a major force in the Polish commercial real estate market since 2008, competing with international agencies and completing hundreds of projects for local and international clients. The company specializes in office, retail, warehouse, and industrial spaces, as well as land investments and interior architecture.
