    Coldwell Banker Realty has been making headlines with several key announcements. In Northern California, the brand welcomed Mary Bee, a seasoned agent with over $1 billion in lifetime sales. Bee brings four decades of experience to Coldwell Banker's Burlingame office and is expected to support her growth through the company's extensive referral opportunities and comprehensive listing support products.

    In Miami, Claudia Cornejo joined Coldwell Banker's Pinecrest office as a NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agent. With two decades of experience and a team that has sold over 1,000 homes, Cornejo is committed to serving the Latino and Hispanic community with her cultural understanding and fluency in English and Spanish.

    Coldwell Banker Warburg, a luxury firm based in Manhattan, gained three new agents, including Abigail Godfrey, who previously starred in Netflix's "Selling the City." The Holmes Team, a duo with over $100 million in lifetime sales, also joined CBW, bringing their expertise in global equities management, PR, finance, fashion, and tech.

    Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty on Alabama's Gulf Coast is expanding its presence with a new office in Spanish Fort, marking the company's fourth location since joining the brand in 2019. The firm serves Baldwin County, a growing market in the Southeast.

    Iron Valley Real Estate (IVRE), an independent brokerage based in Pennsylvania, has expanded into its eighth state with the opening of its first office in California.
