olibri Real Estate, a leading provider of real estate education, is proud to continue its sponsorship of RISMedia's 2025 Real Estate Rookie of the Year Awards. This prestigious program recognizes exceptional achievements by new agents who earned their license after January 1, 2023, and have made significant contributions to the industry.
The awards will honor outstanding new agents with five regional winners and one national winner, selected based on their innovative approaches, exceptional client service, and dedication to ongoing learning in 2024. "We're excited to partner with RISMedia again to recognize the hard work and success of new agents who are shaping the real estate industry," said Tina Lapp, Head of Industry Relations at Colibri Real Estate.
Selection criteria include residential sales metrics, professional education investment, technology and online presence, and community impact. Nominations are open now through May 8, 2025, with regional finalists announced in June and winners selected in July. The national winner will be crowned at RISMedia's CEO & Leadership Exchange in September.
Last year's winner, Heather Stenson of Connect Realty, exemplified the power of focus and determination, closing 37 transactions and over $7.3 million in sales during her first year. "As industry leaders in real estate education, we strive to empower new agents with the tools and knowledge they need from day one," added Lapp.
Colibri Real Estate is committed to supporting new agents throughout their career journeys. Nominate a rising talent today at rookie.rismedia.com/nominations/create, or self-nominate if you're an exceptional rookie agent deserving of recognition.
