Former UT and NFL Star Endorses HPI as "First-Class Organization" with Decades of Success.

C
olt McCoy, a former NFL quarterback, is launching HPI's full-service commercial real estate office in Fort Worth. After throwing touchdowns for UT and playing 13 seasons with five NFL teams, McCoy is now focused on the real estate industry.

As part of Texas-based firm HPI, the new office will focus on third-party leasing and management, as well as development and acquisition, initially targeting the industrial sector. With over 200 employees serving 900 clients across current offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, HPI is expanding its presence in North Texas.

Hunter Lee, HPI partner and senior managing director, praised McCoy's leadership skills, saying he embodies the company's values of honesty, community-mindedness, and a commitment to making an impact. McCoy has been friends with HPI for years and his brother Case is a partner with the firm's Tenant Advisory platform.

McCoy called HPI "an established, first-class organization" that aligns with his own values. He expressed excitement about cultivating relationships in a new way with the support of HPI and building out the Fort Worth office. After years on the road with football, McCoy is glad to put down roots in North Texas and raise his kids in Fort Worth.

HPI aims to leverage its success in Austin and Dallas to build out its Fort Worth presence, according to Lee. The company is excited to partner with McCoy as he grows the new office.
