olumbia County real estate transactions from May 17 to June 6, 2025, with values of $100,000 or more, have been recorded. These transactions include six residential sales, two commercial sales, and one land sale.
A notable transaction was the sale of a poultry farm on Columbia 46 South in Emerson for $1 million. Juan Quintana and Clara M. Quintana sold the property to Jose G. Quintana and Luisa Martinez, which included two poultry breeder/hen houses. The sale was backed by an $800,000 mortgage from Farmers Bank and Trust Company of Magnolia.
