ommercial real estate professionals have a unique opportunity to partner with philanthropic organizations, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their missions. At Zanone Project Management, community involvement is at the heart of our services.
Founded in 2019, Zanone Project Management offers construction management and owner representation services to tenants, investors, and landlords. Our team of well-connected experts helps bridge the gap between real estate professionals and philanthropic organizations.
"Bridging these two worlds is part of our company culture," says Joe Zanone, owner of Zanone Project Management. "By serving as an owner's representative, we can bring in the right people at the right time to capture opportunities and make a positive impact on our communities."
One example of this partnership is with Rainbow Dome, a community venue for roller skating, entertainment, and art that welcomes all. With the support of angel investors, Rainbow Dome has secured 1660 Federal as the future location for its permanent home, a 29,000-square-foot property in Sun Valley.
Rainbow Dome's rink and event space will be the anchor tenant in a multi-use community hub, co-located with multiple value-aligned partners. The project is currently raising funds to complete the $12 million renovation, which includes designing the space by THE5WH architects and construction by Howell Construction.
Another example of Zanone Project Management's work is with Project Worthmore, a nonprofit organization serving Colorado's refugee community. In 2021, Project Worthmore purchased the building that houses Zanone's offices and is now renovating it to create "Roots," a hub for newcomers to gather and receive support.
The renovations include ADA compliance, solar panels, and a new entry, designed by Quintessence Design Group. The redevelopment will enable Project Worthmore to offer new services, including a larger food pantry, medical, mental health, and legal services. Funding for the project includes donations and grants from various organizations.
Zanone Project Management delivers real estate project solutions through trust, reliability, and candor. Our team of subject matter experts has worked with numerous philanthropic organizations, including Mile Hi United Way and Colorado Collaborative for Nonprofits.
