A vacant plot with improvements in Lysander changed hands for $1,000, as Harvey Weller and Mary Murphy Weller sold to Justin Chapin. In DeWitt, a residential lot on Washburn Drive went for $33,000 from Hasan Berber to Adisa Pugonja.
Syracuse saw several transactions, including the sale of 119 Wall St. for $35,132 by Ephrain Cruz to Syr Properties LLC, which encompasses multiple residences. In Lysander, Brian R. Kline purchased waterfront land on Gates Road from himself and Natasha Wilbur for $50,000.
Cicero Dumpster Service Inc. acquired a commercial lot at the Hancock Airpark in Cicero for $65,000 from the County of Onondaga. Syracuse's Fitch St. welcomed two new owners: Ennistown Properties LLC purchased 100-02 Fitch St. from Zaara & Mahmud Inc. for $69,900.

Van Buren's Herman Road saw Derek Tarolli sell commercial storage space to 6602 Herman Road LLC for $1,500,000. Finally, Syracuse's Ballantyne Garden Apt. was sold by Ballantyne Garden Apt. Syracuse LLC and others to Ballantyne Garden Group LLC for a staggering $4,000,000.
