$100 million apartment deal tops this week's Denver metro sales and leases.

he Gateway Arvada Ridge Apartments, a sprawling apartment complex across multiple buildings, has been sold. Terr Arvada Ridge LLC purchased the property at 5458 Lee St. in Arvada for $100 million from 5458 Lee Co LLC.

    Other notable deals include:

    Laude Investments LLC purchasing a 12,000-square-foot childcare center at 1101 Spring Place in Broomfield for $9.35 million from BTS Vista KC LLC.

    Novem LLC acquiring a 15,500-square-foot industrial building at 4571 Ivy St. in Denver for $2.87 million from 4571 Prima Properties LLC.

    Spot Wash Holding LLC purchasing a 3,372-square-foot carwash at 11416 Pearl St. in Northglenn for $1.6 million from Blanco Properties Pearl LLC.

    Leases were also reported:

    Elite Windows leased 1,067 square feet at the Wells Fargo Building, 3333 S. Bannock St. in Englewood.

    Press + Pour leased 639 square feet at Flora RiNo, 3500 Chestnut Place in Denver.

    Maggie Heppard Interiors leased 575 square feet at 617 E. Jewell Ave. in Denver.

    Deals from deeds include:

    Somar Realty LLC purchasing 12770 E. 38th Ave. in Denver for $5.5 million from Commre LLC.

    DLC Real Estate Holdings LLC acquiring 2901 S. Santa Fe Drive in Englewood for $4.4 million from VS&G LLC.

    Other property sales include:

    Shree Krishna III LLC purchasing 10909 E. Arapahoe Place in Centennial for $3.5 million from Lafayette East Arapahoe Retail LLC.

    M & R LLC acquiring 4385 S. Parker Road in Aurora for $2.65 million from R & R LLC.
