Echo Real Estate Capital purchased the Rampart Medical Campus in Denver's Lowry neighborhood for $8.6 million. The campus spans 70,631 square feet and is about 50 percent occupied.
Malman Commercial Real Estate reports several deals:
* Ramarko LLC bought a 3,880-square-foot Honey Baked Ham Co. location in Westminster for $1.55 million.
* Colorado Food & Gas Inc purchased a 3,900-square-foot retail building in Denver's West Mississippi Avenue area for $850,000.
* Vivid Minds Wellness leased 4,010 square feet of space at 1545 S. Broadway in Denver.
Deals from deeds include:
* Horizon Sky LLC bought a property in Parker for $6 million.
* Several properties were sold on Logan Street in Denver, including one purchased by 1235 N Logan St LLC for $4.4 million and another by 1245 N Logan St LLC for $3.9 million.
* General Air Service & Supply Co purchased a property in Commerce City for $3.4 million.
* SCREP II HC SPE LLC bought a property in Evergreen for $3.15 million.
* Mountaintop Church Denver purchased a property in Cherry Hills Village for $2.5 million.
* KandiJak LLC and Giambrocco & Sons LLC each purchased properties in Lakewood and Englewood, respectively, for around $2.5 million.
* MHKSpring Inc bought a property in Lakewood for $2.46 million.
