Developer secures $130M for Broomfield apartments, south metro medical buildings and Denver's Broadway.

he Harvest Station apartments in Broomfield recently sold for $85 million. Four Peaks Management purchased a 297-unit apartment complex built in 2014 at 11775 Wadsworth Blvd. for $85 million from Hamilton Zanze, generating over $6 million in yearly rental income. Walker & Dunlop brokered the deal.

    Kayne Anderson acquired two medical outpatient buildings spanning 153,858 square feet at 630 and 640 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch for $41 million from a joint venture between Harbert Management Corporation and Bancroft Capital. CBRE represented the seller.

    Native American Bank N.A. purchased a 0.55-acre Enterprise Rent a Car site at 341-351 Broadway for $3.975 million from Taylor Eleventh LLC, with Marcus & Millichap representing the seller.

    CenterSquare acquired the Shops at Riverbend, a 100% leased, 16,069-square-foot retail property in Littleton, for $6.35 million from DG Riverbend LLC and JC Riverbend LLC.

    Dartmouth JUL LLC purchased a 15,065-square-foot industrial building at 1630 W. Dartmouth Ave. in Englewood for $3 million from Sun Partners LLC, with Unique Properties representing the buyer.

    Kaufman Hagan reported several deals, including a 14-unit apartment building purchase by 5325 W 4th LLC at 5325 & 5335 W. 4th Ave. in Lakewood for $2.1 million from Boncho Legacy Trust.

    Lincoln Property Co. reported several lease agreements, including WSP USA Inc leasing 15,000 square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver.

    Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc reported several deals, including 3 AM SNACKS leasing 6,601 square feet at 525 N. Sable Blvd. in Aurora.

    EGP 6060 Greenwood Village LLC purchased 6060 S. Willow Dr. in Greenewood Village for $28.9 million from GC Net Lease Greenwood Village Investors LLC.
