    NF V ES-W III Den Thornton LLC purchased a WoodSpring Suites hotel at 16125 Washington St. in Thornton for $9.38 million from BG Edge Hotel Property I LLC.

    Ace Pickleball Club, a national pickleball franchise, is planning to open its first Colorado location at 6626 S. Parker Road in Aurora this fall in a 30,000-square-foot facility with nine courts.

    JLL reports the following deal:

    Quebec Square 25 LP purchased a 150,000-square-foot retail center on 13.5 acres at 7306 E. 36th Ave. in Denver for $56.67 million from Alto Quebec Square LP. The site is home to national retailers PetSmart, Office Depot and Ross Dress for Less.

    Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

    Rockwell Automation leased 4,459 square feet at 165 S. Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

    Buechler Law Office leased 2,780 square feet at 10901 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

    The Grecian Grazer LLC, a charcuterie board spot, leased 1,600 retail square feet at 18671 E. Mainstreet in Parker.
