Local property management company leases new office, Aurora nursing home sells for $15 million in recent deal.

local property management firm has leased office space at a Capitol Hill building.

    Deals of note:

    LCP Management LLC, a property management company, leased 3,634 square feet in Denver's Capitol Hill area. The company previously developed projects including Edgewater Public Market and RiNo's Larimer 30. Eric Shaw represented LCP.

    Geneva St LLC purchased a nursing home in Aurora for $15 million from 500 Geneva Street CO LLC.

    Knightbridge Capital, based in Denver, bought Kings Brook Arms, a 34-unit apartment complex in Englewood, for $5.1 million from Marion Investors Group LLC. Mark, Jim and Chris Knowlton brokered the deal.

    Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports that Marshall Manor 14 LP purchased the 14-unit Marshall Manor Apartments in Wheat Ridge for $2.85 million from 6499 W 38th LLC. The building has undergone significant upgrades, including new windows and a roof. Jim Knowlton represented the buyer.

    Lincoln Property Co. reports several deals:

    * Choice Digital leased 10,735 square feet at 11001 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield.

    * Flock Homes leased 5,217 square feet at 2930 Umatilla St. in Denver.

    * Friends of Animals leased 2,185 square feet at 6041 S. Syracuse Way in Greenwood Village.

    Malman Commercial Real Estate reports that Poolwerx Denver leased 1,580 square feet at the Fairlanes Shopping Center in Arvada.

    Deals from deeds:

    * Denver Holdings LLC purchased a property in Denver for $7.75 million.

    * Xanadu 2260 LLC bought a property in Aurora for $2.5 million.

    * 990 Lincoln LLC purchased a retail strip in Denver's Capitol Hill area for $2 million.

    * Mile High Company LLC bought a property in Englewood for $1.36 million.

    * High Plains Holdings LLC purchased a property in Lakewood for $610,000.

    * Harvey-Ross LLC bought a property in Wheat Ridge for $511,212.
