Tennyson apartment building sells for $25M; Castle Pines development fetches nine-figure price in recent deals.

his Tennyson apartment building sold for almost $25 million. SMP 40 LLC purchased the apartment building at 4390 W. 39th Ave. in Denver for $24.4 million from 39 Tennyson Owner LLC, with Call Your Mother Deli as a retail tenant. The building last sold for $20.4 million in 2020.

    CPRF Citadel at Castle Pines LLC purchased the Citadel at Castle Pines at 353 Edge View Circle in Castle Pines for $101 million from Thompson Thrift. The 20-acre community features 154 one and two-story villa-style homes and 60 three-story townhomes.

    CAH CO Commerce City Holdings LLC acquired 33,660 office/industrial square feet at 4455-4475 E. 74th Ave. in Commerce City for $6.5 million from KYCO Real Estate Holdings LLC.

    Quicktrip Corp. purchased a 11,950-square-foot building on 11.54 acres at 3610-3640 Chambers Road for $7.2 million from Wheeling Service Center LLC. The property was formerly occupied by Lazydays as an RV sales and service center.

    Artemis Holdings Limited acquired a 54,721-square-foot office building along with a 2.52-acre vacant lot at 12110 Pecos St. in Westminster for $5.99 million from Mililani Investments Pecos LLC.

    Trumark Homes purchased vacant land at 59th Ave. and Ward Road in Arvada for $5 million to construct 83 three-story townhomes with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.

    960 North Pearl Investments LLC acquired a 16-unit apartment building at 960 N. Pearl St. in Denver for $3.48 million from 960 Pearl LLC.

    Denver Dream Properties LLC purchased 10400 E. Evans Ave. and 2155 S. Havana St. in Aurora for $1.2 million from PAB Acquisitions Inc., a property consisting of a freestanding retail/office building and an auxiliary storage building on 1.16 acres.

    Caley Ave Colorado LLC acquired a 2,600 industrial property at 12354 E. Caley Ave, 1-B in Centennial for $550,000 from Woodlake Caley LLC.

    Mercy Auto Sales leased 2,500 retail square feet at 4952 S. Broadway in Englewood. Arianna Ramirez leased 820 retail square feet at 8020 Federal Blvd. Unit #2 in Westminster.

    Premiere Real Estate Holdings I LLC purchased a 14,479-square-foot industrial property at 12900 W. 43rd Drive in Wheat Ridge for $6.25 million from MPC Dexter LLC, TCO Golden LLC, and WH4 Properties Colorado LLC.

    IOV 3750 Nome LLC acquired an industrial property at 3750 Nome St. in Denver for $5.68 million from Box Land LLC.

    Deville Apartments LLC purchased an apartment building at 1020 N. Logan St. in Denver for $4.3 million from 1020 N Logan LLC.

    SCF RC Funding IV LLC acquired a carwash at 4570 S. Reservoir Road in Centennial for $3.1 million from Fox Hill Carwash LLC.

    Walnut Creek Partners LLC purchased a 4,500-square-foot retail property at 10445 Town Center Drive in Westminster for $2.6 million from BTP 10445 Town Center LLC.

    3922 W 29th Ave LLC acquired a five-unit multifamily property at 3920 W. 29th Ave. for $2.12 million from West 29th Avenue LLC.

    Prime Motors LLP purchased the site of a car dealership at 7940 E. Colfax Ave. and 1459 N. Tarmac St. in Denver for $1.42 million from Hands Towing LLC.

    TShirt and Jeans Creates LLC acquired 1140 N. Speer Blvd. for $713,000 from 1136 50 Speer Blvd LLC.
