Commercial Real Estate Deals Update for November 8, 2024

Uptown and DTC apartment complexes change ownership in major deals totaling $108 million.

he DTC apartment complex at 4380 S. Monaco St. has been sold for $12.66 million. InterCapital Group and Pamera North America purchased the One City Block apartment complex at 444 E. 19th Ave. in Denver for $95 million, a significant drop from its 2017 sale price of $99.5 million. The property includes 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

    Aspen Ironton LLC acquired a 37,636-square-foot warehouse at 4600 Ironton St. in Denver for $4.5 million. Eyelid Holdings LLC purchased a 2,179-square-foot office condo at 8301 E. Prentice Ave. in Greenwood Village for $650,000.

    Kentwood Commercial reported several deals, including Samuels Financial Inc leasing 4,038 square feet of office space at 5299 DTC Blvd. and Centerre Construction Inc leasing 4,651 square feet at 4100 E. Mississippi Ave. Malman Commercial Real Estate reported Colfax Meerhouse LLC purchasing a 5,073-square-foot office building on a 12,564-square-foot lot at 4535 E. Colfax Ave.

    Deals from deeds included HLD1339 Limited Liability Company purchasing two properties in Denver for $3.15 million and Jeffries Holdings LLC acquiring a 16,000-square-foot industrial property for $2.13 million.
